Maria N. (Kartsounis) Ploumis, 86, of Malden, January 12, 2021.
Born in Vresthena, Sparta, Greece. Wife of the late Nick M. Ploumis. Beloved mother of Michael Ploumis and Katherine Ploumis-Evans and her husband Allan Evans. Loving grandmother to Nicholas and Lucas Evans, all of Malden. Sister to the late Konstandinos Kartsounis of Greece. She is also survived by her sisters Politimi Panagopoulos of Melbourne, Australia and Theodora Podaras and her husband John of Larissa, Greece. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family from 10:30am prior to the Funeral Service Friday at 11:00 am from the Annunciation Cathedral of New England, 514 Parker St., Boston.
